when I first joined MaB my thoughts was the same it took me nearly three months to log my first work out, I felt intimated by all the big numbers here, but you will only get respect and encouragement here you will improve and become a much better lifter by logging and learning from the much more experienced lifters here, I know I have.

Well this is reassuring. Thanks everyone for all the advice and encouragement. I posted my workout from today in the training log section.
