Well this just sums everything up in a nutshell, Thanks. I just hope I can get to a point to physically eat enough food consistently. I'm going to start the MAB full body workout this Wednesday. Out of town at the moment. I'll keep y'all posted.

Excellent decision. Log the progress too (in the logs forum), would be my advice.

I was considering this. It would keep me accountable and consistent since other people will be seeing this. My only hesitation is that my lifts suck, like my heavy is most people's (especially on here) warmup.

Don't worry about that...it's unimportant.

Ya, what 5kg said, it's NOT important at all. We don't care if you can only squat the bar when you start, we only care that you eventually add weight to that bar, and then we cheer and ask for more.

^ (and ^^) Exactly.

From what I could see when I joined, my lifts were pretty lowly, but I thought, what the heck, I'll start logging anyway. Glad I did!

Also, there's quite a range of experience and strength levels here, as it turns out. For all it matters - as said above, no-one's going to criticise you or anyone else (not even internally) just because they can lift more than you (or me, etc.)

Unless you're competing at a meet, say, it's not a competition. Nor a race. Work is work, progress is progress. They're the things that matter.

No one care's about your lifts man, we just want to see you progress and hit your goals no matter what they may be. Listen to these people, very smart folks up in this place. Also Squats go extremly well with milk

We've got lifters of every level here. The only person you have to be stronger than is yourself from yesterday, and you'll get nothing but support around here.

To be huge eat huge! Im kind of the same way. I usually dont have a big appetite. I have never been able to gain weight eating clean. Get the calories you need any way you have to do it.
