Default My Program for the next couple of months

Here is the program that i have constructed that should last me a couple of months. Keep in mind that currently i shedding of my fat so that is why this program isnt very taxing on the nervous system.

This is kind of a hybrid of the Texas Method (Medium/low/High)

Workout A HEAVY
  • Front Squat 3x5
  • Weighted Dips 3x8
  • Deadlift 1x5
  • Weighted Chin Ups 3x8

Workout B LIGHT
  • Squat 2x5 HIGH BAR
  • Press 3x5
  • Pull Ups 3x10
  • Back Extensions 4x10

Workout C MEDIUM
  • Front Squat 5x5 80% of Mondays
  • DB Bench 5x5
  • Deadlift 5x5 50% of Monday
  • Chin Ups 3x10

The program is heavily centered around Front Squats and Deadlifts, which in my opinion are the two best exercises for the entire body. This is just to last me during my cut. The strength day will let me keep most of my muscle mass and the hypertrophy day will stimulate the muscle enough so i dont loose anymore and help with fat loss.

What are your opinions on it?
