Why do you think this? GH has been shown to increase tissue mass in a way that doesn't go away when you reduce or stop usage. Many dead pro wrestlers who were known GH and AAS users have enlarged hearts and other internal organs. I've seen no evidence that GH's effect is limited to skeletal muscle.

BIG difference between GH and steroids and even between different steroids. Look how many steroids the Doc has prescribed you for colds, join issues, sore throats and such in the last 10 years and you don't look like Colman do you? Oh but there different. EXACTALY even on the sports side, juicers side of steroids there is soft and hard core versions.

Even the IFBB is trying to curb the bloated gut look but that means cutting out juice and that cuts into there pocket book.

This comes from like 5k posted. Internal organ growth that some people NOT ALL from steroid use.

Power lifters that use get this also. Just with them not getting as lean, you don't fully see it as a protruded gut. You just think they are big, heavy what ever you want to call the extra non muscle weight, I won't use the term fat because that will offend some.

I am clean as a whistle but the only way to stay that way is to have some knowledge so you know what to look for in your supplements and what's band so you stay clean and don't get a big supersize your next shows test results.

I'm not so sure I could handle having my stomach look like this. Is this normal?
