I seriously still don't know all the names of all the crazy lifting gear. Our gym doesn't have much, and I haven't been in any others. So...
Oh well. Who knows, there might've been such things as a curl rack. Maybe the closest thing we have is a preacher curl thingy. COuld count...

I like to work up in 3s or 5s...
Until I get to a last big set then go all out for reps.
That's merely one fun way to work them.
