I would start with one set first. Those bad boys will kick your tail. I don't know that I could do them more then twice a week.

i am doing 1 set each workout, but the question is three times a week or two times and i'm thinking about doing them three times a week while the weight is low then backing off to twice a week when the weights get higher, maybe doing SLDL's on the day i don't do squats who knows
