I probably wasted a couple hundred bucks on all those magazines a few years ago. Some of the pictures were cool, but that's about all I got from it!

A different Flex experience. . .

Flex ran a series of articles about real training for mass, which led me to search Super Squats, which led me to Strossen, which led me to search Old School training, which led me to Dr. Ken, which led me to Hardgainer, which led me to McRobert, which led me to productive training methods. Thank you Flex.

I never understood how people believe the whole "confuse your muscles" crap.

Even I know its bs and I may as well be retarded on the subject on weightlifting.

It doesn't even make sense, your tricep doesn't have a mind of its own to know the difference between weighted pushups or bench pressing.

Before I joined this forum, thats all anyone would ever tell me on bodybuilding.com.

You're not doing it right! You missed the plate curls, the KB curls...

I stopped buying FLEX, IRONMAN, etc, and switched over to Muscular Development back in 2000 and bought every issue till just a couple of years ago.. When I was big in to BB. Better event coverage, better facts, doesn't hide the fact they use Drugs. Plus the Rambling Freak was (use to be) entertaining read.

I have only bought two Magazines in the last year or so. Both PL ones... last one was with Dan Green on the front of STRONG.
