I beet my last package bringing fullness and size and yet lean as heck. I didn't have that what most people "stringy look" that most mistake for lean and ripped and came in full and hard. My cross cut striations in my Biceps was even showing. I posted a video in my logs.
BTW: People all said the pics they took did NO justness for how I looked on stage.
