Today at 8 Weeks Out! ..... In 2 more months i will be taking the stage one more time. For me is not about winning or losing is about the challenge and trying to improve my phisique a little every year. So far i am happy with progress and my gains from last year. I already have a new plan for this coming offseason! Hopefuly the new ideas will work and i will be able to keep improving.

Some pics from 8 weeks out guys! My focus for the next 8 weeks will be to get my glutes as shredded as posible because my goal from the begining of this prep was to beat my last years conditioning.

Today... High Instensity Cardio Only! Its going to be painful but worth every minute.

I follow the following protocol
5 min warm up
15 min Speed intervals (45 secs normal speed / 15 secs max speed)
15 min Cool Down
