Here's the truth...you bulked too aggressively, cut as a teen which is a no-no, and now are trying to program hop to GVT because you lost strength on a cut. You are making a lot of common mistakes. We can help you, but only if you want help.

i would do 3-6 exercises and 3 to 6 sets each

deadlifts 3 sets 100 for 10-15
2 sets 130 , 140 for 2reps
barbell rows 3sets 70kg 6-8reps
dumbbell rows 2 sets 30kg
pull down 3 sets 50kg
t-bar rows 3 sets 40-50 kg
face pulls 3 sets 40kg
