Ok then, screw it.
I'm starting tomorrow regardless, so I'll just leave this all behind and go on a normal bulk.
I'll start a log up like Lee said.

I'll try aim for 1-1.5 or maybe 2 pounds a month, that seem like a good option?
As long as fat gains aren't too bad I should be ok


Hodge twins say 1 pound a month too, but thats for people training over a year.
I read all the time that teens or just beginners, can build more than 12 pounds of muscle in a year so I'm not sure.

just go for it, i would aim 2lb a month. Now go and lift and eat and add weight to all your big lifts weekly and have fun, the rest will take care of its self and if you run in to problems in a few months then start to ask questions again.
