I'm starting tomorrow regardless, so I'll just leave this all behind and go on a normal bulk.
I'll start a log up like Lee said.
I'll try aim for 1-1.5 or maybe 2 pounds a month, that seem like a good option?
As long as fat gains aren't too bad I should be ok
Hodge twins say 1 pound a month too, but thats for people training over a year.
I read all the time that teens or just beginners, can build more than 12 pounds of muscle in a year so I'm not sure.
