The other day I got a new PR with my bench which previously was only 200lbs for 1 rep, and last workout I blew it out of the water.
Normally, when I train I am by myself and don't want to push the weight so heavy that I crush myself. But I had a friend over to help me on my last set. I've never had anyone come into my weight room with me and I was pumped up to show him what I could do. I had adrenaline running though me.
When the plates were loaded up the 200lbs I ended up doing 10 reps out of no where, and to the strangest part was that the first rep felt like 75lbs ( I was beyond shocked)
What's a good way to boost adrenaline? Because I wouldn't have been able to do that if I wasn't pumped up!

Most of this isn't adrenaline at all. If you are able to hit 200x10 clean reps on bench it wasn't adrenaline. It was strength. Adrenaline might get you the lockout on a hard lift, but it's not going to get you 9 reps.
To answer your question...
I get myself amped with ear destroying music, and a "I will die under the bar" attitude. You can't win a war if you;re not willing to go to war. I have to find that "going to war" switch before big lifts.
