Default Decline bench press any good?

Do decline bench presses have any value? I see this topic debated and am still confused.

yes it has value, and carry over to regular bench. Even more so if you are an equipped lifter.

The metal militia bench guys love a bit of decline press. It mimics an extreme arch so good for shoulders and triceps.

I heard that weighted dips get your lower pec better.
Don't know how true it is, but I certainly prefer dips.

For the most part in my op ion bench is the bread and butter for chest, then incline. Ill throw in decline every once in a while but for mass your flat bench is where the work will be done.

Dorian Yates says that decline bench is the best. I don't ever do it though. I was always a bigger fan of incline press plus it is easier on my shoulder.
