Stretching.

I like to put the oreo's just out of reach and then stretch hard to reach them.
I'll do this with both arms to ensure even stretching.

For the most part it's always about like this. Some guy anywhere from 5'10" to 6'2" who weigh's about 165 is complaining that he can't gain weight. He's on a split program and doing cardio, so he's got one day of complete rest.

If I remember right I think I even told him he should think about having a dbl whopper meal instead of doing cardio.

I'll see if I can find some of the threads.
i can attest to the fact that as far as conditioning goes weights will keep you healthy, i remember taking home ec and we did an experiment just to see how healthy we were as far as pulse goes, and its reaction to exercise, i had a slower pulse at rest, during activity, and a smaller difference than all the cheerleaders and dancers in the class, and i do next to no "cardio" just high rep squats

I would like to add to the "healthy" issue, I haven't been sick-sick all year. But I would bet if I take 2-3 weeks off, I would get sick again.
