How do you know that if you would've taken 2-3 days off a week, your bench might have gone up 50 or 60 lbs...and your other lifts 1.5x, or 2x as much as they did. I think I understand where you're coming from. I hate taking days off too. But, I do know that when I do get some rest and fuel up, my workouts are A LOT more stronger and energized.

I would definitely trust what the experience on this sight says. 2 days on and 1 day off will give you 5 workouts a week.

I would try maybe doing 2 on days then 1 off that way you can hit each body part with jut as much intensity. I would make sure you separate legs and back by at least a day depending on the movements your doing for sure.
