Fav Exercise: One arm dumbbell rows.
Seem to be gaining allot of weight. Can anyone help?
1 week into my bulking diet and workout program.
Put on 6 pounds this week which seems rather allot. Afraid ill get fat if I carry on this way.
Can someone explain what to do here?
