A run for my money certainly. I am 5'9.5" with 6.4" wrists. Looks like there's quite a bit of similarity in our backgrounds. I started lifting weighing around 140 lbs (but my lifting career is much shorter than yours, not yet 3 years of lifting).

I haven't been under 210 in a long while, so it's real difficult for me to judge my true wrist size. My wrist is current about 7.25 or 7.33. I just measured this morning. I used to be able to touch the tips of my thumb and middle finger together, but now they are 3/4s of an inch apart.

So my true wrist size is 6.5 or smaller. So me an kitarpyar have the same structure, it seems.

I'm 66" tall, and my wrist are right 7 1/16", left is 7.25". My left wrist has a plate and screws in it though. So I'll say my right wrist is more accurate.

What does all this mean. Yes there are limits to what we can do, but we are all unique. Go out and train. Train hard, and add weight to the bar. Progression is your king. Work with what you have, and develop your body to it's potential. I'll develop my body to it's potential. In the end we will look different but we will still be Brothers in iron.

Now give me a set of 20 rep squats for good measure.

All I have to say is that if a small boned, small wrist, skinny-fat guy like me can bench 400+ and reach his max potential, anyone can achieve more then they expect.

Believing is step 1.

Powerlifter Eric Talmant, who I've interviewed and had the pleasure of speaking with, has deadlifted over 635 at a bodyweight of 181. Natural, of course.

Never assume your limitations.
