Fav Supp: Chicken
Well if you stretch them and try and get deeper they will become more flexible, however exercise can just tighten them up if no effort is made to stretch them.
Do you have a recent squat video? Can you take one? It's the easiest way to get help over the net.

Agree^^^ take vids for sure. Side view a set, and front view a set. I thought my lifts were good til I took vids...I wasn't even close on my form. Unless you can train with someone who knows what they're doing, vids are the next best thing to making sure your form is on so you can be safe and lift more
