Moustafa Ismail: My 31" Arms Are Real!

'Popeye' from Massachusetts defends his 31-inch upper arms | Fox News

Others speculated that he might have injected his muscles with a synthetic oil substance, synthol, used by bodybuilders to fluff muscle tissues.

"It is hurtful," Ismail said, noting that he has no scars that would have resulted from surgery and that supporting a wife in the U.S. and family members in Egypt doesn't leave him with spare cash to buy pricey synthetic oils.

The fact that this is making news all over the place just saddens me. Are you to think that NO journalist can do research and determine what he's done?

I'm just glad to see synthol listed in one article about him. At least one reporter has the Internet.

He has 7 pounds of meat each day, can't afford synthol.

It is people like this that help the iron sports stay in nicheland.

Having that goofy-ass look on his face doesn't make him look any more honest. it actually make sit look like a costume. His expression says, "These are not real"..

Plus when someone who worked with him personally can say he used illegal substances, and wants to keep away from his spotlight, says a lot about the truth.

I can't imagine this guy actually having many friends who would stand up for him, I haven't seen anyone, nor have any reports or examinations been released to prove his point. If he wants the credibility, he should go, very publically, be tested and show the results.

And about eating 7# of protein a day, let alone the rest of whatever else he eats.. means he must be close to consuming 10# a day. I don't think Arnold could make me believe you can eat 10# of food a day, and not be a fat ass. His arms don't even look like muscles. No definition whatsoever...

Looks like one could stick a pin in the arm, and it would pop like a balloon. Practically anyone in the know, whom has practiced activity under the iron, whether naturally or with traditionally practiced steroid use, will say this looks normal, or what happens when the body reacts to activities under the iron. To me this is plain stupid. And, most likely by the decisions he has made, he will one day pay a steep price, and had wished his priorities were different.

Yet another reason for the uninformed to be confused by what is actually possible by lifting weights... This guy looks ridiculous........

Kuytrider 11-30-2012 09:44 AM

Not this guy again. His forearms are hilarious in comparison. They don't look like they have ever been under even approaching the kind of strain required to get large arms let alone gigantic ones. As we've read many times from reputable people in the industry, natural 18 inch arms are extremely rare let alone this.
