Titan hit it right in the head.If the day comes when i stand straight and tall and my stomach is just too damn big,i will find a way to lose fat.But im not a competitive bodybuilder.

Yes I'm not disagreeing with you guys, this is why I said "amount of fat you carry". What I disagree with is guys who really have (or say they have) no interest in how fat they are. All in the name of, apparent, strength goals.

I was speaking to a friend at the gym today who has lost about 20 kilos over the last 6 months.He currently weights 75 kilos at 5ft 8 and looks way to skinny but has a body fat of 22% .How is the possible ?
