My doctor keeps a set of these in her office so she can get a little work done in between patients.

Power Blocks
Pros:
Don't tahe up much room
Better than nothing
very fast weight changes

Cons:
You need to by the stand seperate (they don't come with one)
Newer one have a lot of plasic parts
You have to set them down and pick them up from one side
If you add on up to 175 (Club Package) but need a diffrent stand other than the standard stand that only holds up to 130's
Expantion kits are small inroments and pricey.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
$499.00 for a 75 lbs set up, Iron Masters comes with a stand.

Pros:

ALL metel
Can set them down and pick them up from any side just as a fixed Db.
No bigger than a fixed Db
They come with a stand that will hold all the way up to the 160 lb. per hand add on kit.
They start out at 5-75lbs per hand.
only 2 expantion kits, increase from 75 to 120 per hand then a kit to go from 120 to 160 per hand.

Cons:
Slightly longer to do weight changes vrs the Power Blocks but not much

If interested heres a link. Over a year ago I went with the Iron Masters and the 120 add on kit and love them.
