Pretty minor compared to what others have said, but I can't eat enough - lame, I know - and am stuck at around 160lbs.

Too much drive and ambition. This may sound stupid but I push myself so hard for so long that I forget to give my body a break. And, when I think everything is on track and going great something goes wrong and an injury occurs. Then I'm back on the rehab train. As I get older I need to learn that to stay at the level I've achieved I need to back off a little.

Pushing myself too hard in the beginning and then not wanting to follow through.

Time is number one obstacle these days with a career, kids, and a house. I make time to train but I always feel like it is not enough. Second would be finding good training partners. I have one guy who is very solid and consistent and I am very thankful to have him around. I also am limited by the mono hooks in my rack and my height. For squat day I need another guy who is over 6 feet tall in order to make it feasible. So this presents some challenges.
