Wendler 531 boring but big question
MAB, long time no post. Getting back to the gym after a long year in college. Going to run Wendler's 531 boring but big, but starting to wonder if I need to periodize at all or if I should just do straight overload and add weight when I can. Thoughts are welcome.
My best previous lifts were a 380 deadlift, 305 squat and 235 bench.
Don't think it matters much to be honest.
