Need to get my butt moving
I have lifted for a few years and then 6 months or so ago got burned out and bored. Now I need to get back into my groove. I would appreciate any comments to help me get my butt moving again.

you need goals and and a reason why you lift,what got you in to lifting the first time?

Think about how you were before you lifted. Did you like how you looked then? Did you like how you looked a few years into lifting? Realize that you look better now and maybe that will get you moving again.

As already stated, pick a goal/plan which will help you stick with the routine you select; not having a goal means you have nothing to aim for.
