I want to do some excercises , so that my nipples move to lower inside of my chest. Can you suggest some?

You only need one exercise for that my man, and that is the dolphin splash. I prefer a diving board to get the full effect. Get a good running start and jump as high as you can and while in the air arch your body backward and poke out your stomach that way it will stretch your skin and bring your nipples down. Then the impact of hitting the water will put them in place or where you want them. Works everytime !
