Along the same lines, I do zero calf work, yet my calves grow pretty quickly. Actually, faster than any other body part. Could my form be causing this (i.e., pushing through my toes, maybe?) or would this be genetically related? If it is related to my form, would it be affecting my form negatively? As in, if I changed whatever is causing the extra growth, could it possibly improve my squat numbers or should I just not worry about it?
