Patting him on the back for half assed progress when he is capable of so much more really is doing no one any favors. That's not help, that's bullshit.
When I ask for someone to critique me, I dont expect there to be punches pulled. I don't expect a pat on the back for dropping 5lbs because its in the right direction, when i should be 10lbs down. My friends and coaches, give me the real deal, and thats how it should be, always.
Plain and simple. 77 is capable of so much more.
