Personal accountability, what a concept!

It reminds me of a scene from the movie, "The Dirty Dozen".

There's a guy half way up a rope to a tower. He ask's for help because he can't make it the rest of the way up. So, Lee Marvin shoots the rope off beneath him. The guy went right up the rope.

Lee Marvin wanted him up the rope, he got him to go up the rope. If your current plan does not work change it.

What's personal responsibility?

So many forum clones want a routine and diet planned out for them. They don't know, or care about basics, and don't give a rat's ass about experimenting.

Of course they want it planned out for them. Then when they don't put forth the effort, and hard work, it's not their fault that they failed. They are entitled to the body of their dreams, and should not have to work for it. YEA RIGHT!
