How much protein do I need?
 
I am 5'11" 164 and using one of the full body routines from the site. What's the minimum grams of protein I need each day?

its usually reccomended that you consume 1-1.5g of protein per lb of bodyweight and preferrably most of that from whole foods.

i would say you probley would want about 200grams of protein minimum a day

1 gram per pound of bodyweight, you dont need more than that for maximum mps

so about 165 to 200. Any tips on convenient foods to help me reach this.

I like to cook up a bunch of ground turkey with taco seasoning and then store it in a tupperware container. Then I just need to heat and serve. Throwing a steak on the BBQ is pretty easy too. Add a couple of protein shakes and you have a bunch of easy protein for the day.

Cant go wrong with tinned fish for convenience, tuna, mackerel, sardines, salmon etc.

I keep jalapeno and pepper jack string cheese around. 4 sticks can be taken anywhere and have close to 30 grams.
