Overtraining and Natural Bodybuilding Leg Workouts

Image of a 170 (ish) pound natural lifter who did 4-8 leg workouts a week for 6 weeks...in a low rep range of 1-5 reps with heavy weight.

This is no BS. I read the guy's blog. Overtraining his legs in the low rep range gave him these wheels. I'm not drawing any conclusions...just bringing this to the table for discussion.

if your connective tissue can handle it, then overtraining isnt an issue

You mean if your joints can hang? I guess the only way to tell is to try.
