Default Slipped up

So I have really slipped up. I started this journey to better myself but the past few weeks I have had no desire to do anything. I am going to change that though. I vow to get back on track and lift a few times a week and take better care of myself. Your help is appreciated.

It happens; dust yourself off and get back on track...if you're doing cardio as well, don't wait until tomorrow, do something today, doesn't matter how much or how little...it works, that's all that matters

Also, consider if there is anything that caused the change of events and work out if you can alter it and if you can't then work a way around it.

I agree with this, I often will say to my self just do the squats today. Having finished them, I am all jacked up and usually will just finish what is on my routine for the day.

Progress not perfection!
