When I was 15 I ordered Charles Atlas's book courses on his 'Dynamic Tension' methods, which I did for about 1.5 years and served as a sort of introduction into weight lifting for me. They did two things for me: fixed my posture, and gave me my first real pectorals. haha

Started actually training December 3rd, 2009; 5 months before I turned 18. Nearly killed myself on the bench press...

I started at age 30 after they told me I had M.S. I could still walk and had 100% use of my legs back then.

I started out lifting just for general health. I never wanted to be a bodybuilder. My Co-workers talked me into doing a show in 1999 at age 33.
I ended up taking 3rd place Novice up agenst all guys almost 1/2 my age.

I fell in love with bodybuilding and the stage and at 46 years old I still going.
