I started at age 30 after they told me I had M.S. I could still walk and had 100% use of my legs back then.
I started out lifting just for general health. I never wanted to be a bodybuilder. My Co-workers talked me into doing a show in 1999 at age 33.
I ended up taking 3rd place Novice up agenst all guys almost 1/2 my age.
I fell in love with bodybuilding and the stage and at 46 years old I still going.

I think I was 12 first time I touched a wt...those sand filled vinyl wts... And I know I was 14 when I first joined a gym.
