i bought my first weight set and bench when i was 17 and have been lifting on and off since,do it good age to start and keep to it

chest and biceps for a year when I was 18, fooled around some during the years but did not started to really train untill 2.5 years ago, when I was 28.

I was 38. I wish I'd started at your age though. The problem is I didn't know then what I know now. I would have just wasted my youth on "chest 'n' bi's."
