superzero is off to a bad start
Default Sloppy form

I was at the gym the other day and someone told me I had sloppy form. It was actually a few weeks ago and since I have started working on my form, I have noticed that it seems that I am getting better results. It is amazing how well you can do something if you really concentrate on it.
