soccermom is off to a bad start
Default Tricep help

I am trying to tone up my triceps for summer. They are sort of jiggly. Anyway what exercises can you recommend for me to do? I have been doing pushups that are suppose to work the triceps, as well as dips what hone in on the tricep. What else should I add to my routine to spot train these?
