Bad days

What do you do when you have a really bad day? What makes you feel better? Or do you just go to bed? I tend to think that sometimes it is better just to go to bed and start fresh the next day. Yesterday was one of those trying days and I finally just had enough and stopped everything and went to bed. Today has been much better.

I'm having one of those days TODAY. I've been on edge all day and struggling to get through it.

I took a short nap, I got in a short but intense workout, and now I'm going to feast on steak and macaroni and cheese. May even have some ice cream later.

Work out to get the tension out. If that does not work, then I will call it a day. I hate those days with a passion.

Moan and complain all day, swear I will never do this again, do it again the next day. Food helps a lot.

LOL been there before. Sometimes it just feels good to moan and groan though.

I think everyone needs their own form of "escape". Usually some sort of "me" time can help you sort your issues out.

eg: SFW's, go for a run, go for a drive, hang out with family/friends, eat, even meditate, whatever helps you escape and calms you down.

Sometimes, my friends, bad things happen to good people (and good things happen to bad people)...if things that are happening are out of your control, don't sweat it. Do your best to roll with the punches, adapt, and move on.

I like to reflect on the things in my life that I'm thankful for, and to compare myself to people who have it so much worse than me...helps me get some perspective back.

Does this help anyone? It is very true.

Just think that tomorrow has to be a better day. That is all you can wish for.

Dude it is part of life. We have good days and bad days. Hopefully we can all be lucky and have fewer bad days and more good days. Stay positive and tomorrow can be another good day.
