Default Who motivates you to work out?

Who has motivated you to work out? For me it has to be my fiance. We have been together for 5 years and she just makes me want to do good for my body. Who motivates you?

Me; I got to 36y/o and decided I wanted to get fitter and drop a few pounds, which initially started with altering my food intake a little (not excluding anything) and doing yoga, which then went on to be stepping, and eventually led to the addition of weights as well.

I had been active when I was younger, doing lots of different sporty style stuff, but aside from some cycling had let that slip, it was great to get back into something.

My own potential. I hated who I was when I was fat and untrained, and I had an idea in my head of who I COULD be if I put the work in. I'll never actually get to where I want to be, but that's the fun. I get to see just how close I can get while I'm still around.

Wife. I want to be able to live our life to the fullest and just decided that if I did not step it up and do something then I would not be living as long as she was.

Myself. I have a stupid competitive streak that I can't control a lot of the time. I have to win. It would never interfere with my team mates success, but it applies to just about everything in my life.

Motivation, mostly internal...I just wanted bigger muscles! Still working!

Inspiration? Classic bodybuilders and movie heroes and all the regular joes that made themselves exceptional through hard work.
