    Hey, you got a link to this real results routing you're doing? I'd like to try it. It seems like you did very well on it and I think it would be good for me too to get back into more volume. I saw where you ran it for 53 weeks and went from a groin problem in April 2013 to about a 400+ squat by the next summer. That and considering you're back at it again makes me think it's something that might get me to a solid base of strength.

    Let me know what you think though.

    Nice. Ya the sitting for hours and then deadlifting and squating concern me. Van you say tweeked low back anyone? That's alright I need to get a full year of power training in.

    LOL you too have posted unapproved visitor messages to my account haha! Don't worry about making it down. All that driving would suck for lifting. Yes I will be lifting again in April. Just had a bruised rib from my Inzer belt of steel about 4 weeks ago. Finally feeling 98% again so all is good!

    I have a scheduling conflict with a mma fight in Grant OK. I treat some fighters in it and im expected to go. Im going to try to get down to the meet just alot of driving, so i guess we 'll see. I'm putting the NASA April meet on my calendar and blocking it out. Are you going to hit the April meet. I read some where I think that you were injured?
