    Hi there, thanks for stopping by! Since this type of stuff is hard to find without reading through lots of old posts, I started lifting July of 2014 at the age of 42(almost 43) and a bodyweight of 156 lbs. I was in pretty good shape but had never trained legs before in my life. I started strength training and am focused on powerlifting. My short terms goals are to hit the 3,4,5 mark on the big three this year and then focus on my longer term goals of benching 400, squatting 500, and deadlifting 600. Beyond that is hard to say but chasing state records might be fun some day!
