    Club which joints hurts?, also you may want do to Power sets 4-6 reps on compound exercises, and do muscle sets 6-12 reps with moderate weight, and Burn sets with a lighter weight for 40 reps. Do not go to failure this will save your joints. When do sets, Pick a weight that you can do all your sets with the prescribe reps and if you can perform all the reps in the set then increase by five pounds.

    Hey Club,

    So when want you to put on size and train heavier I would stay in the 4-6 rep range and do higher calories, but just make sure your eating quality foods and correct portion sizes as well. I hope this helps you and feel free to ask me anytime I don't mind, sorry I got back to you late, the past three weeks has been rough I got my wife home from the hospital Monday so I posting from there and she better now so I should be back in the saddle come next week. Oh may I make one suggestion do take fish oil, vitamin D-3, and Glucosamine Chondroitin-MSM? if not give those a try.
