Thanks for the help and the invitation. I started lifting again last year and have made very steady and measurable progress in the past 18 months. I still stick to your 5 day PMB split with a variation time to time and am stoked with the results! 20 years ago when i was in the Navy i lifted regularly but got away from it for a while. I am back now and powerlifting is very appealing to me! I live and work in a small town on Washington's Olympic Peninsulla. Forks WA has one gym and is fairly well equiped... could be much better. We don't have a good squat rack and I use the smith machine with a barbell rather than the bar on the rails of the smith machine. Rest assured I am not a "bro" or a know it all "Meat Head" haha!! just a 41 year old guy excited about getting into powerlifting. I look forward to being a contributing member of the team and the site.
