    Thanks! Yeah I saw Steve wrote it, that was another selling point. I will tweak it a bit as I don't have big dumbells or a leg press for example but I can get around that. We'll see.

    It was written by Steve so you know it's legit. It seems to have the perfect balance of power and rep work for my body. And you can make minor mods to the program to tailor it to your strengths/weaknesses. Good luck with it!!

    OH yeah, I'm all about the bargain hunt! Freecycle, Craigslist, junkyards, whatever. I need to look for an elliptical or rowing machine as I have a really bad ankle and knee. Treadmills are out!

    Hey Mike, thanks for all your support. About cardio equipment, I bought my treadmill used. Lots of people buy fitness equipment after new years, and then 3 months later their ready to sell it for half what they payed. Keep your eyes open and you might run across a good deal.
