solid book

This book positions itself as geared to the novice-intermediate lifter, but I would say the principles apply to all lifters.

I wish this book was out 20 years ago so I could have avoided the mistakes that are so common.

I switched my training to follow a plan from the book yesterday. Looking forward to see what type of gains I will get. Based on my last two workouts, i should have great results

Thanks Bill!

Means a lot. Writing a book is difficult and you never know who it can, or will help.

I just started reading it and I'm already very happy I bought it. This will be my lifting bible for quite some time. I too wish I'd had this years ago when I first started lifting.

Massive Iron 2 Day A/B Split

Got the book yesterday and read up to the point where you offer all the different routines. Quick question about the Massive Iron 2 Day A/B Split. For Deadlifts, Workout A, Reps/Rep Goal, the number listed is 5. Is that correct? 5 as the Rep Goal for 3 sets? Thanks.

3 sets of 5 reps each

Thanks. After I read the paragraph about deadlifts again I saw how they are exempt from the rep goal.
