Thursday: Cobb Salad

Easy dinner last night.

Cajun Swai with Rutabaga fries and a side salad

For the fish, pan fry fillets in butter, top with cajun seasoning, giving them about 3-5 minutes per side.

The fry recipe is in here somewhere, LOL

Strangely enough, I'm falling well short of the 3k per day planned. This would be easily remedied, but for the first couple weeks the plan is to just eat and see where it falls, planning to be in the general range of 3k. I will likely go a little over tomorrow or friday, so it all balances out.

Today was surprisingly low fat, only took in around half the desired amount. C'est la vie. Fattin it up tomorrow with tacos with sour cream, guacamole, and lots and lots of cheese
