The saucy kind is my favorite for pan fried pork steaks/chops. I love to pour it over them like a gravy

Yesterday was a bit over the top, fueled by 2 things:
1. I have deadlifts today and didn't want to be lethargic
2. I love pasta

3 eggs, 1.5 bacons, coffee, 1 scoop cinnamon whey

pork steak, cauliflower mash, beans (pic in previous post, maybe 4 back)

1 scoop whey post workout

another pork steak as there was nothing else to eat in the house when i got back

Chicken Artichoke Florentine Bake
4 chicken breasts - I grilled them last night and they were great
1 box dreamfields linguine
1 cup cooked down spinach
1 small onion, diced
4 cloves diced garlic
1 can artichoke hearts
1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes in oil
1 cup parmesan cheese (the cheap stuff)
1 pound monterrey jack cheese, shredded
3 eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup water
italian seasoning
crushed red pepper
salt
black pepper

Cook onion and garlic in a pan with butter. Add in enough spinach to cook down to around a cup.

Cook pasta according to package directions

Cook and dice your chicken in whatever style you feel like.

In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, and seasonings together. Add in cheese and veggies and stir some more. Mix in the meat and pasta now.

Place it all in a 13x9 baking pan, bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Consume half of it.

Diet fail. I walked in the door to a house full of fresh baked bread. Focaccia, standard white, Hard Rolls. Girlfriend went nuts and decided it was baking time. So I tried some when it was shoved in my face and then it was over. Will do better today. Epic bread though. We used some of the focaccia and made white pizza with fresh tomato and basil. Worth it.

The truth is, I'm addicted to food. Not in the "yeah, well, if you don't eat, you die eventually, so we all are" sort of way. Its a destructive relationship. If I let myself, I would eat every meal until I could barely breath. Its not something I am proud of, but it is something I am happy I can at least control.

My weight managed to get up to 278 Sunday morning. At this point, I went through the fridge and cabinets and threw out everything that I shouldn't eat. I hate throwing out food, but better that than screwing up my health.

Sunday:
Coffee w/ 1 scoop whey

2 strips bacon, 3 eggs

3 strawberries, fresh

Dinner: Grilled Salmon, Garlic Penne, and a Spinach salad
Had about 10 oz of the salmon and 1 serving of pasta. It met my physical needs and was very flavorful.


Monday:
3 eggs, 2 bacons, coffee, whey

1 chicken breast with 1 slice pepper jack cheese

4 eggs, 2 bacons, shredded cheddar

Dinner: Hamburgers, hotwings, and a spinach salad
I had 3 hamburgers, 8 wings (baked and seasoned at home)
More satisfied with this meal, still cranky because I didn't have 400g of carbs in one sitting, but I'm detoxing. Shedding water pretty hard.

Dropped 6 pounds since sunday morning. Nothing is going to stop me.

5 eggs scrambled with artichoke hearts and parmesan cheese

Dinner: Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Green Beans w/ Bacon, and Cauliflower mash

Smoothie with 1 cup strawberries, 2 scoops whey, water

Grilled 23 chicken breasts tonight. Flawless victory.

3 eggs, 2 bacons, coffee, 1 scoop whey

12 oz left over turkey w/ 2 oz pepper jack cheese grated over it

4 eggs with artichokes and parmesan

Chicken Salad - 2.5 chicken breasts, grilled peppers, spinach, and cucumber

Going to use some of the leftover chicken for my "cheat" meal this week of quesadillas with low carb tortillas, and the rest is going straight into my mouth whenever I walk past the fridge. Marinated them in lime juice, fish sauce, garlic, salt, and jalapeno, so they have amazing flavor.

3 eggs, 3 oz chorizo, 2 oz shredded pepper jack, 2 tbsp sour cream

4 eggs, 4 oz pastrami, 2 oz mozzarella, 4 cherry tomatoes

Dinner: Oven fried chicken, cauliflower mash, green beans.
