Coffee & whey
6 eggs, 1/4 pound of bacon
1/2 cup almonds, 1 oz cheddar
Smoothie

Dinner: Enchiladas w/ ground beef. 2/3 of a 13x9 pan consumed with guacamole and sour cream
These are pretty much the same as before, but I switched to a new brand of enchilada sauce with less sugar and a less fancy logo. WAY better stuff. A little bitter, a little spicy, and just about perfect. Next time I wander through the kitchen I'll confirm the brand.

Usual food for the most part. Notable events follow

I've switched over to block cheese and grating it myself to get away from the modified starches used in the bagged shredded cheese.

I added some black soy beans to my taco salad tonight. Pretty darn good and satisfied my mexican bean craving.

Holding steady at 6 eggs and about 1/4 pound of bacon a day. leftovers for lunch.

I am spoiled here. Much of the cheese is local and without additives.

Much Jealousy. If I ever make it up that way, I'm bringing my truck and loading it up with cheese

My brother-in-law is a cheesemaker. He'll give you all you can handle.

Nice. Family food connections are the best. One of my uncles has 80 acres of old pecan trees on his farmland. Best pecans I've ever had, hands down.

Todays food was nothing special.

Coffee w/ whey
6 eggs, 1/4 pound bacon

1 scoop whey
1/4 cup almonds
1 mini cheese

Smoothie

Dinner: Cheeseburger Stew w/ Extra Meat
7 pounds ground beef, 1 pound bacon, 3 pounds cheese
The rest follows the old recipe

Wow this was good tonight. Leftovers for at least 3 days too

Thanks! Eating is sort of my specialty, and a great reason to learn how to cook! Any hardgainer that can match my food log here and not gain weight has my respect.

As to the stew tonight, 6 or 7 cups worth. I finished some of my girlfriend's too.

If I ate like you I'd be 300 pounds by the end of the year I'm probably lucky that 3000 or so calories and 250-300g of protein a day is enough to gain me weight.

Speaking of pecans, what are your thoughts on pistachios? I have never tried them and wondering how they stack up.
