Sardines
 
I was surprised to see that sardines are so packed with good stuff! High protein, full of good fats (omega 3s), Vit D, B12, etc. And they're low in mercury. Im going to make these a staple of my diet.

Sardines are awesome! Just be careful to watch that sodium content. Almost 1g.

Thats what im saying. IMO they're way better than tuna.

Good point, but im guessing by going primal, i'll be dramatically lower my sodium intake in the rest of my diet.
