1 Scoop Protein Powder

1. Mix it up good.
2. Make like pancakes.

I like to use PB or almond butter on them. They are pretty good plain too. If you use unflavored protein powder you can use these like tortillas too.

Tuna Romaine Roll Ups

1 can (5oz) Tuna
2 Tbls. Light Mayo
3 Romaine leaves
20-40g of shredded cheddar cheese

Mix Tuna and mayo
Put on Romaine (using romain like taco shells)
Top with cheese.

-You can mix the cheese in and microwave the tuna mix, then spread on lettuce, if you want the cheese melted.

You can also add a small amount of hot sauce, taco sauce,salsa or avocado. Just watch your carbs.

For anyone trying to get away from the added trace sugars and/or corn starch in the taco seasoning, swap in salsa. You will have to check the label of course to make sure your salsa doesn't have additives.

I also recommend diced green chiles for flavor, and of course, onion.

For those that don't mind the effort, you can make your own Paleo mayo:

Ingredients

# 2 egg yolks
# 1 tsp mustard (this is optional)
# 3 tsp lemon juice
# 1/2 cup olive oil
# 1/2 cup coconut oil

Pizza in a Bowl

The addition of cheese makes this not 100% Paleo, but I like Mozzarella and Parmesan.

2 pounds hot Italian sausage
1 cup pepperoni
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 cup sliced mushrooms
3 cups low carb pasta sauce (or make your own)
2 cups Mozzarella cheese
Any other toppings you happen to like

Cook sausage in a skillet until cooked through.
Add in onion and continue cooking until it begins to turn translucent.
Add other veggies and toppings and cook another few minutes
Add sauce, let it heat through until bubbling
Mix in cheese until melted

Serve in a large bowl. Not sure how many servings this should be, but I usually eat half of it the first night.
